In addition to Terry and David Howe, and Diana Pedersen (who helps coordinate things at the ranch with Terry), there is a full-time crew of three brothers — Jorge (el jefe), Michael and Josev, who have worked and lived at Windfall Ranch for over 16 years. Jorge’s son Brandon works 2 days a week. Another brother, Chava and his son Chavita work part-time on trail maintenance, when needed.
The staff is very knowledgeable, conscientious and careful with the horses.
